Welcome to Twoman. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Twoman ("Twoman", "we", "us") that governs your use of the Twoman mobile app and this website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Twoman

You must be at least 18 years old to use Twoman. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you can form a binding contract, and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your country. Twoman is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your username, and everything that happens under it. Keep your login details private, give us accurate information, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You may have one account. Do not impersonate anyone or create an account for someone else.

3. Duos and consent

Twoman works around duos ("2-mans"). A duo is a shared presentation of two individual accounts, and both members must approve the duo profile before it becomes visible. Every person remains the owner of their own identity, photos, and safety choices. If a photo shows another member, that member must approve it, and either member can remove a photo they appear in or leave the duo at any time. Leaving a duo dissolves it and ends its matches.

4. Community rules and conduct

Using Twoman means following our Community Guidelines, which are part of these Terms. In short, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, deceive, or harm other members;
• post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates someone else's rights;
• upload photos of anyone who has not consented to appear;
• use Twoman for advertising, solicitation, or any commercial purpose;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service;
• attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the Service.

5. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of the photos, prompts, and messages you create ("Your Content"). You grant Twoman a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate the Service, such as showing your duo to other duos and delivering your messages. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for content we must retain for safety or legal reasons as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

6. Twoman+ subscriptions

Twoman is free to download and use. Twoman+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks five extra features: unlimited likes, seeing everyone who liked your duo, Duos of the Day, 3 Sparks a week, and the ability to undo any like.

Plans and pricing

Twoman+ is offered in three plans:

• Weekly — $2.99 per week.
• Monthly — $9.99 per month.
• Yearly — $29.99 per year, starting with a 3-day free trial.

Prices are in US dollars for the US App Store; the price in your country is converted by Apple and is always shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Free trial

The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial converts into a paid yearly subscription at $29.99 automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you subscribe to Twoman+ while a free trial is running, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.

Auto-renewal

• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price for your selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings under Subscriptions after purchase. Open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose Twoman.
• If you cancel, you keep Twoman+ until the end of the period you already paid for; it will not renew after that.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, and all payments are final except where required by law. Refund requests are handled by Apple through your App Store account. We do not have access to your payment details and cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

7. Safety and no warranty on members

Twoman helps you meet other people, but we do not conduct criminal background checks and we cannot guarantee the identity, conduct, or intentions of any member. Always use good judgement, meet in public, and read our dating safety tips. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Twoman and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms or our Community Guidelines, if we are required to by law, or to protect the Service and its members. Serious safety violations may result in an immediate and permanent ban.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any match, date, or relationship.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twoman and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your interactions with other members. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
